PROGEN Services and Its Contracts Management Division​

We have established a dedicated Contracts Division to provide support to our valued clients by ensuring that any agreement entered into is balanced and fair to both parties and that it contains terms and conditions that are clear and unambiguous.

The division is headed by a competent and experienced engineer who has worked in CDA, Consultants and Contractors and hence has a full knowledge of limitation of all stakeholder in construction industry. The entire team is adequately trained and well conversant with the bidding and contract requirements of PEC, FIDIC, World Bank and other renowned international funding agencies, in addition to Federal and Provincial Procurement Rules.

Special expertise of our team is to properly administer contract of a Project and to act as trouble shooter to resolve the contractual issues/disputes.

Keeping in view the current business trends, contractors have limited resources to keep permanent pre and post contract teams. Therefore, we offer our expertise on task basis and offer them alternate less cost solutions in following areas

A. Pre-contract Assistance
