Economist/Social Feasibility Expert

The Economist / Social Feasibility Expert engaged with PROGRN, possess Masters of Development Studies from University of Melbourne Australia (2014-15), Masters of Science in Economics with specialization in Project Planning and Feasibility Studies (2003-04) and BSc (Hons) Economics from University of Peshawar (1999-2003).

He has been associated with development sector for the past 15 years. He is actively involved in supporting the core team in proposal development, preparation of strategy documents, progress reports and coordination with clients and donors and government.

As a development sector professional, he possesses ample knowledge of project design, management & implementation, monitoring and evaluation and carrying out baselines & research studies – evaluations & impact studies of programmatic interventions. He was also engaged as Team Leader Cluster-8 (FATA) by RSPN for updating the National Socio-Economic Registry (BISP) during 2018-19. He has also worked as consultant / advisor internationally – undertaking for baselines surveys and evaluation studies in Afghanistan. He was engaged as Advisor Safety Net and Report Writer by Afghanistan Management and Marketing Consultants (AMMC) Kabul for two phases of “Operational Evaluation of Pilot Program to Support Poor Families”, under Afghanistan Social Protection Program (ASPP).
